A normal physical-goods order is prepared in about 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, the expected transportation window is 3–5 business days; processing and transportation are separate periods. Neither window is a promise of a particular delivery date.

Before submitting an order, check the shipping terms displayed at checkout, including any free-delivery eligibility. The recipient address, email and phone number must all be correct and complete.

Shipment notifications include tracking information when available. Updates depend on the carrier's scans. Public holidays, weather disruption or other carrier delays may extend the estimate, while service limitations may exclude particular destinations, addresses or products.

Please report missing, overdue or damaged parcels, including a parcel shown as delivered that you cannot locate. To help us trace it, include the order reference, email used at checkout, tracking details and a clear account of the problem. Photographs of the item and packaging help with damage enquiries.
