If a refund is approved, the original payment route is normally used to return the funds.

Only a payment choice shown for your transaction at checkout can be used. Where no option is offered, the transaction cannot be paid. Orders enter processing after payment has been authorized successfully.

Your provider may approve the payment, assess it, decline it or ask for identity or transaction verification. Accurate billing details are required; incomplete, high-risk or unverified transactions can be held or cancelled.

This page does not retain full bank-card numbers. The card issuer or payment service usually addresses unsuccessful payments, refusals, chargebacks, disputes, reserved authorizations and currency-conversion concerns.
