Is a change-of-mind return allowed? Returns and exchanges are available for defective and non-defective purchases, including personal preference or an incorrectly selected item. Request a postal return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Only new, unused goods in their original state with their packaging, tags and accessories qualify.

How do I report a problem? For damage, a defect, the wrong goods or missing contents, supply the order reference, purchase email, issue description and photographs or video of the product and packaging. A refund is processed to the original payment route within 10 days after it is approved.
